Instagram is a social media platform which won’t be suitable for every influencer and business, but if you are in an industry where Instagram can work to your benefit, then it’s a good idea to take advantage of this and ensure that your posting at all the optimal times.
For you to get the best out of your Instagram account, it is recommended that you post 1 to 2 times daily. Although this is probably one of the social media platforms with a low recommendation, but please believe us when we say that 1 - 2 posts a day is enough. We recommend that your business and/or personally should post around two times a week to once a day on your LinkedIn profile.

Unlike the rest of the social media platforms that we’ve looked at, LinkedIn is for a completely different audience; therefore, it makes sense that it the times you should post are entirely different too and you’d be right. It would be best if you were aimed to post on Linked in between the hours of 9 am to 12 pm first thing in the morning.
